East Sooke Regional Park - West Coast wilderness awaits you at East Sooke Regional Park. Experience it as you hike along the windswept rocky coast, over dry hilltops, through dark rain forest to sheltered coves

The Sooke Potholes - Potholes Regional Park is located on the banks of the spectacular Sooke River. Enjoy the views, explore the trails or take a refreshing dip on a hot summer day!

Galloping Goose Trail - Goose is your trail. You can cycle, walk, run, jog, in-line skate, wheelchair, push a stroller, walk the dog, ride a horse, spend a quiet Sunday afternoon, push yourself through the entire trail, or take a 15 minute break on this multi-use, 100 kilometre former railway line, now a regional trail.

French Beach Provincial Park - This 59 hectare park along the spectacular Strait of Juan de Fuca offers beautiful trails, whale watching, secluded campsites and waterfront picnic areas. Great group facilities for weddings and large gatherings.

Juan de Fuca Marine Trail - The Juan de Fuca Marine Trail Provincial Park located on the south western shores of Vancouver Island. This hiking area stretches along forty-seven kilometres of wild and beautiful rain-forest coastline, cradled between Port Renfrew at the west end and Jordan River at the east end. Spectacular beaches and hiking trails.
