Terms of Stay



Policies



  • High Season - June 1 to September 30.
  • Shoulder Season - April 1 to May 31, October 1 to October 31, plus Christmas, December 21 to January 4.
  • Low Season - November 1 to December 20, January 5 to March 30.
  • Rates may be subject to change without notice.
  • Two night minimum stay.
  • Three night minimum stay on long weekends and during high season.
  • Rates are based on 4 guests, $20 Cdn. for each additional guest.
  • No smoking indoors and kindly use ashtrays out doors.
  • A $500 Cdn. security deposit is required for all bookings.
  • Cleaning fee of $125 per stay.
  • All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars, and are subject to applicable taxes - 12% HST.
  • We welcome children at Madrona Cove House - as in all natural environments, children should be supervised.

Pets



  • Sorry, NO pets allowed.

Deposit



  • 50% due at time of booking.
  • Balance due two weeks before the arrival date.
  • For long term bookings, we require 10% at time of booking and the 40% remainder 6 months prior to the date of stay.

Cancellation Policy



  • Sufficient notice of 45 days - Full refund less $50 administration fee.
  • Less than 45 days notice for - Loss of deposit if we are not able to re-book.
  • No refunds will be made for unused days or early departures.
  • Owners have the right to terminate a booking if the house is misused or the numbers exceed the house's capicity. Maximum guests 12.

Check-In/Out Times


 
  • Check-In: 4:00 pm, unless otherwise arranged.
  • Check-Out: 10:00 am, unless otherwise arranged.

RATES ARE BASED ON UP TO AND INCLUDING 4 GUESTS. ADDITIONAL GUESTS $20 CAD PER NIGHT EACH.

THERE IS A ONE TIME CLEANING FEE OF $125 PER STAY.
